The Cost of Attendance is an estimate of the college expenses a student will incur while attending PrattMWP for one academic year (Fall and Spring semester). Included in our cost of attendance are tuition, fees, housing, meal plan, books/supplies, personal expenses and transportation.Transportation expenses are not taken into consideration for students that will be living on-campus.

Please note: The costs indicated here pertain to the current academic year. We work to keep costs as low as possible. However, due to annual increases in inflation, fixed cost increases, maintenance, and vendor expenses, it is common for tuition, housing and meal plan charges to rise 3-5% per year. Also note that tuition costs at Pratt Institute-Brooklyn are not under the control of PrattMWP.

PrattMWP College of Art and Design Refund Policy

No reduction in liability is available to students who withdraw except when approval is given by the proper authorities. Students who wish to withdraw must complete the official withdrawal form available in the Registrar’s office. Tuition refunds are determined by the date the add/drop or complete withdrawal form is signed by the Registrar. 

For all students, the following course withdrawal penalty schedules apply:

For the Fall and Spring Academic Year:

• Full Refund
• Withdrawal prior to and including the opening day of the term
• 85% Tuition Refund
• Withdrawal from the 2nd through the 8th day of the term
• 70% Tuition Refund
• Withdrawal from the 9th through the 15th day of the term
• 55% Tuition Refund
• Withdrawal from the 16th through the 22nd day of the term
• No Refund
• Withdrawal after the 22nd day of the term
